Hello, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the order of rolls in your establishment.

Delivery was promised within an hour, but it was delivered in 2 hours, the courier went to the wrong place, then went to another point to take the order, adding the phrase "you are not alone with me, I have a lot of orders", although the waiting time has already expired. The rolls were cold and dry. There is nothing to say about the sauce at all .. as if completely mixed with water :(
