I am writing to you to express my disappointment with your cafe staff.

I came with my friends about five days ago. Your toilet is not clean, cockroaches running on the floor. The tables are not cleared, everything is in some kind of fat. But the main reason for my sadness was your waiter’s, who do their job poorly and are rude to visitors.
