Used to passive-aggressively express your unhappiness with someone’s inaction or action that resulted in smth negative.

“Did he give you a discount after I talked to him?”

“Oh, I had to pay $1000 instead of $500. So, yeah… Thanks for the help.”

 

*Some common phrases may be used in a sarcastic way. It’s usually the context (or/and intonation) that gives away what the speaker actually means. Sarcastic words are not to be interpreted literally; they convey the opposite meaning of what seems to be said.
