I found this system very interesting.  It gives young people a chance to acquire a profession early in life and then choose what they want to follow later on.  In my country such apprentice schools are not common unfortunately.  There are some scarce options but not very sistematic so as to reach all young people.  I see most of them lost when it comes to choosing a profession.  It´s a hard part of their lives.
