    • 1. I believe that I can depend on the Internet.Since in our time it is a necessity .But sometimes we can stop using our brain, so I try to sit on the phone less and read books more.
      2. I believe such daily activities as eating chocolate can lead us to a very bad addiction that harms our health.It also spoils our teeth.
      3. I think that all dependencies make people more susceptible to such dangers as submission to the strongest.
      4. I also want to say that I would not want to be addicted to computer games, as I see that some games have a bad effect on mental health, they make a person more aggressive. Sometimes they may not control their actions, thinking that they live in a virtual world.

          3) For example, with frequent use of the phone, we may have inaccessibility, stress and gradual loss of vision.

          4) Every repetitive activity coul become addictive. For example, a lot of people, especially youngsters, can't imagine thir life without regular checking news feed in their smartphones.

          • 1 For me impossible to get addicted to playing computer games, watching TV, dieting and cleaning, also possible to get addicted to getting surfing the Internet and eating chocolate.
            2 I suppose that all that you repeat every day become addictive because your brain remembers this and thinks that it's vital.
            3 Some addictions such as watching videos when you eat, spending a long time on social networks, and soon badly affect your life - it's known everybody. But addiction like working and exercising can badly affect your life too.
            I mean that any addictions are bad and they make us not free.
            4 I consider that sleeping, smoking, overeating, snapping fingers could become an addiction.
