  • Once again very beautiful photos you have shared full of information for us, your readers to learn about. Thank you!

It is interesting to read how the Buryat people see the mountains and that they are sacred. It reminds me so much of Nepal and the mountains there such as Mount Everest. I have a love of mountains and what is happening on Mount Everest makes me very sad. For my last writing class I wrote my final paper about Mount Everest and the problems climbers and the mountain are facing. I compared Mount Everest with Disneyland.

We really should take care of these beautiful places. How are the mountains there being treated? How do you feel about people climbing them? Are they treating the mountain well? Mount Everest has become such a dumping ground. If we want to see these beautiful places we should take care of them. I don't understand people leaving behind all their garbage and being disrespectful to nature. Or even disrespectful to other cultures. The Sherpas revere Mount Everest but they have almost been forced to defile it for others who would climb it and abuse it.
