Im writing to complain about phone I bought in the online shop.
Yesterday I got my new phone. The package was damaged, but phone wasn't. The display has scratches and I want seller to return my money. The seller is talkative and very kind, so I hope he'll helps me.

Ok, Aryuna! In the last sentence you should use the infinitive after 'will'. 'Help' - not 'helps'.
